We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our team at Sentinel Asset Management LLC as a Receptionist in Wallingford, Connecticut!

As our Office Assistant / Receptionist, you will be at the forefront of our operation, welcoming and directing all incoming traffic with warmth and professionalism. You will play a key role in managing our office calendar, scheduling client appointments, assisting various departments within the office, and contributing to special projects. If you enjoy a diverse workload with plenty of client interaction, this position is perfect for you!

Location : 1062 Barnes Rd # 107, Wallingford, CT 06492

Compensation : Competitive starting salary of $40,000 annually. with raises as you grow. 401k w / match as well.

Hours : 8 : 30 - 5 : 00 pm Monday - Thursday!

Receptionist Responsibilities :

• Providing a welcoming environment in the reception area
• Managing the office calendar and client appointments
• Building relationships and providing excellent service to clients
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport
