Job description16 hours per week (3 additional hours are available if willing to supervise Nurse Practitioners) Days are flexible - Need is starting January Adult Day Program 20-minute medication management 40-60 minute evaluations Need to have medicare / Medicaid On-site is required Community Access assists people with psychiatric disabilities to make the transition from shelters and institutions to independent living. We provide safe, affordable housing and support services, and we advocate for the rights of people to live without fear or stigma.
