• Spine-focused role with no trauma call required
• Join 2 full-time orthopedic surgeons as the only spine specialist
• Schedule : 2 clinic days and 2 OR days per week
• Large built-in referral network with consistent patient volume
• Experience required - established spine surgery practice
• Hospital-employed position with supportive leadership
• Palestine location : 45 minutes from Tyler, under 2 hours to Dallas
