Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a travel job in Tacoma, Washington.

Department : Electrophysiology (EP)
Suites : 3 EP suites; combined unit with Cath Lab (22 cases / day average, may start with 15 and add up to 15 more).
Certifications : RN : BLS, ACLS
Techs : RCIS, RT, or RCE
Must have Cath Lab and EP experience.
Procedures : Ablations, A-fib, A-flutter; very advanced EP lab.
Duties : Circulating, assisting; core staff does most documentation. Scrubbing not required.
Experience : Minimum 2 years; sedation + Phase I recovery experience required (ICU / PACU preferred). EPIC experience preferred.
Staffing : Charge / lead nurse available; lead tech available when staffed.
Schedule :
4x10s (6 : 00a–4 : 30p)
No call, no weekends, closed on holidays
Volunteers may assist with emergencies or weekend cases (optional).
Orientation : 1 week.
Notes :
Extreme backlog from COVID; preference for candidates who want extra hours.
Strong teamwork culture — “one team” approach, assist as needed.
Equipment : St. Jude, Webster EP systems.
