Physician - Family Practice - Full-Time or Part-Time

OPEN POSITION :

• Physician - Family Practice SCHEDULE : - Full-Time or Part-Time - Monday through Friday - 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm - No Evenings - No Weekends - No Holidays - Minimal On-Call COMPENSATION : - W2 and 1099 Options - $280,000 to $330,000+ Base Salary (full-time) - $134 to $158 per Hour (part-time) - Student Loan Forgiveness - Malpractice Insurance - Health / Dental / Vision Insurance - $1,500 Allowance + 3 Days PTO for CMEs - 11 Days PTO in Year 1, increases with tenure - 403b w / 6% Employer Match LOCATION :   Lancaster, California COMPANY PROFILE :   This community health center (FQHC) opened in 2011 and currently employs 25 providers across a variety of specialties - podiatry, obstetrics, infection disease, pediatrics - as well as internal and family medicine.  They operate 4 clinics in the greater Lancaster area, with a robust support staff of clinical and administrative team members.
