Our client, a leading international law firm , is seeking a skilled Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Insurance Coverage Practice Group . This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who is an exceptional writer, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to handle complex insurance coverage matters involving property, time element, CGL, and bad faith claims. The team represents both domestic and international insurers and offers hands-on, sophisticated work in a collaborative environment.

Candidate Profile

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Georgia , in good standing, or willingness to obtain timely admission
• 2–3 years of substantive first-party and / or third-party insurance coverage experience
• Experience analyzing complex insurance policies , particularly first- and third-party policies
• Ability to draft coverage opinions , analyze policies , and provide strategic recommendations
• Familiarity with disputes involving property , bad faith claims , time element , and CGL coverage

Litigation experience strongly preferred , including some or all of the following :
