As a part time Banquet Set Up team member at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, your role is to prepare event spaces by setting up tables and chairs, cleaning and vacuuming carpets, and ensuring everything is guest-ready for a memorable event.

What will you be doing?

• Set up banquet spaces as per Banquet Event Order (BEO) and provide customer service per contract.
• Assist in maintaining and coordinating banquet rooms, including setup, upkeep, breakdown, and cleaning.
• Maintain banquet facility cleanliness by cleaning and vacuuming carpets.
• Work reliably in a 24-hour operation, accommodating varied schedules and high-pressure situations.
• Aid in serving guests as necessary and understand event setup requirements.
• Organize and restock linen room and supplies, attending mandatory department meetings and trainings.
• Uphold quality and service standards.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
