Day to Day Responsibilities :
We are looking to add a Technical ServiceNow Consultants(TC) to their team on a fully remote basis. This person will serve as a customer facing Technical ServiceNow Consultant on various ServiceNow implementations and integrations for our clients customers. The TC role is a mixture between a ServiceNow Architect ServiceNow Developer and a client-facing Consultant. They will be responsible for engaging 3-4 customers on average simultaneously and owning the accounts the relationships and the ServiceNow implementation(s) / integration(s) from beginning to end. Although they are only working with 3-4 customers at once their average customer engagement will last 3-5 years. On the customer facing side they will be responsible for meeting with their customers understanding their current state desired end state with regards to ServiceNow working with the architect to design a solution working with the offshore development team to develop the solution and advising their customers throughout the integration / implementation process.
