Personal Injury Attorney

We are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to become a part of our team! We exclusively represent Plaintiffs for injuries arising out of auto accidents, truck accidents, premises liability, nursing home negligence, and medical malpractice. We have the cases - we are looking for the right person to help represent our existing clients with professionalism, integrity, and passion.

Our established practice is located in Naperville, Illinois in the historic "N" Building near I-88 and Washington Street.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience handling and litigating personal injury cases. Trial experience and Spanish-speaking are on the wish-list, but not required.

• Responsibilities :

We are looking for someone to manage a case load from start to finish including all aspects of pre-litigation, litigation, and trial; this person, in conjunction with support staff and other attorneys, would be responsible for :

Client communication

Case management

Settlement demands / negotiations

Research

Drafting pleadings

Drafting and answering discovery

Depositions

Motions

Trial

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor

Illinois Law License

3 years of experience handling personal injury cases, including litigation

Desire to be in the courtroom (status calls, motions, trial)

Job Type : Full-time

Base Pay : $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
