Are you an experienced accountant looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Senior Accountant to join our fast-paced Accounting and Finance team. You'll be a vital part of our team, driving financial accuracy and contributing to strategic decision-making processes. .

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Senior Accountant, your key responsibilities will include :

1. Preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring they comply with company policies, industry regulations, and accounting principles.

2. Conducting detailed income statement analyses and identifying trends to provide insightful financial data to management.

3. Performing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies promptly.

4. Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate and timely financial data.

5. Collaborating with the finance team to streamline accounting procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

6. Participating in financial audits and coordinating with external auditors.

7. Ensuring all financial operations are compliant with financial policies and regulatory guidelines.

8. Supporting the finance management team in strategic decision-making processes by providing accurate financial information and forecasts.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will need :

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting role, with a strong focus on financial reporting, income statement analysis, and bank reconciliations.

3. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel.

4. Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.

5. Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

6. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.

7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.

8. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
