Senior Front End Engineer

Dealpath is seeking a Senior Frontend / UI Engineer to lead the development of modern, high-performance user interfaces that power our AI-enabled deal management platform. In this role, you'll take ownership of our core UI architecture, contribute to an evolving design system, and ensure pixel-perfect implementation across browsers and devices.

Working closely with product and design teams, you’ll shape intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces that elevate the user experience and scale with our enterprise SaaS platform. What You’ll Do

• Own the implementation and evolution of core UI components, design tokens, and styling architecture
• Lead frontend initiatives that raise the bar for accessibility, performance, and responsiveness
• Partner with product and design to explore and validate UI patterns early in the product lifecycle
• Ensure design fidelity and pixel-perfect delivery across browsers and devices
• Mentor other frontend / UI developers on best practices in CSS architecture, accessibility, and responsive design
• Contribute to and advocate for the expansion of our internal design system (e.g., with Figma, Storybook, or similar)
• Participate in UI / UX audits and proactively identify opportunities to improve the user experience
