Warehouse Lead- Louisville, KY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse and shop upkeep, including cleanliness, tool / material organization, and readiness for daily operations.
• Support job-site preparation by verifying equipment and materials against purchase orders and job numbers.
• Assist in coordinating and loading materials and equipment for delivery to jobsites or for in-house use.
• Perform pick-ups from vendors and suppliers as needed.
• Keep accurate records of inbound and outbound materials, ensuring proper documentation is completed and turned in.
• Occasionally operate company vehicles to deliver or retrieve materials (Clean Driving Record and Medical Card / Physical Required)
• Maintain safety and order inside vehicles, including securing materials and completing pre / post-trip inspections when driving.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained when not in use.
• Help monitor shop inventory and notify appropriate team members of low stock or supply needs.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment (training provided if needed).
• Support minor maintenance tasks and odd jobs in and around the office / shop as needed.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and field personnel to help keep projects moving efficiently.
