Financial Forecasting & Analysis - Senior Associate

As a Senior Associate in the Financial Forecasting & Analysis team, you will lead and support the transition of our operating model from a legacy Essbase / Oracle-centric environment to a modern Atoti / Databricks platform. This role is ideal for candidates with advanced analytical, technical, and project management skills who are passionate about promoting transformation and innovation in financial data management and reporting.

Job responsibilities

• Advance the migration of financial forecasting, planning, and reporting processes from Essbase / Oracle to Atoti / Databricks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state workflows leveraging Atoti / Databricks capabilities for enhanced automation, scalability, and efficiency.
• Oversee data mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the transition.
• Collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Business teams to gather requirements, communicate progress, and address challenges during the migration.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting solutions using Atoti / Databricks, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
• Create comprehensive documentation for new processes and provide training / support to end-users to facilitate adoption of the new platform.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing optimization and automation within the new operating model.
