Cleanroom Team Lead

The Opportunity :

Under limited supervision, performs a variety of functions including fabrication, assembly or testing in the production of electrical, mechanical, or other components / devices manufactured or assembled in a clean-room environment. Operates appropriate equipment in performing the functions. Assists in setting up work stations and follows written or verbal process specifications in completing all assignments. Mentors less-experienced peers and assist supervisor, but does not formally supervise others.

Avantor is looking for a proactive and motivated leader to join our Biopharma team as a Cleanroom Technician Lead, supporting production of single use assembly products for our customers.You will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative team.If you have experience in manufacturing and are passionate about driving results - let's talk!

This role will be a full-time position based at our Morrisville, NC facility.

What we're looking for

• Education : High school degree
• Experience : 2+ years in manufacturing with cGMP knowledge
