• Experience in crisis intervention, emergency psychiatry, or urgent care settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychiatric treatments and interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and empathy in working with patients and their families.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare technology.

We are seeking a part-time Psychiatrist to support our program in Sharon Hill, PA onsite one day per week with telehealth support as needed.

Earn $175 / hr

As part of our Adult Behavioral Health Services team, the Psychiatrist will assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide psychiatric treatment, and rehabilitation for adults with mental illness in conjunction with all team members and interagency teams. Duties include :

Psychiatric Evaluation and Diagnosis :

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations to assess the mental health needs of patients with behavioral health needs.

Care Planning :

Medication Management :

Collaborative Treatment Planning :

Documentation and Electronic Health Records (EHR) :

Medication Education and Informed Consent :

Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement :

Collaborate with external mental health providers and agencies to facilitate coordinated care.
