The Opportunity
Alliances sit at the heart of innovation for EY and are critical to accelerating clients' innovation and digital transformation ambitions. As a Brand and Marketing Leader, this role is responsible for building strategic programs to enhance marketplace permission for EY's ecosystem-driven solutions driving, cross-sector and service line collaboration, and leading marketing initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Your Key Responsibilities
Working agilely, this role develops and oversees integrated campaign strategies which build brand, drive commercial value as well as collaborates closely with subject matter experts, relevant client-serving professionals, and the BMC organization to ensure alignment between Sector, Service Line, Industry, GTM (go-to-market) teams as well as global alliance-based programs.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Adept at creating and executing integrated marketing programs and g2m initiatives in alignment with the firm's broader business plans and priorities. Ability to lead strategic campaigns and cross-channel initiatives which span markets and support EY's Alliances growth ambitions. Strong leadership and problem solving skills to work to integrate across sectors, service lines, regions and other BMC programs to ensure successful delivery and high impact in the market. Demonstrated success establishing relationships and managing close collaboration with colleagues across EY business teams. Adept at providing direction, guidance and mentorship for team members managing key programs and deliverables.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
12-plus years of experience in marketing and business development. Bachelor's degree in Marketing; MBA desired. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentations) as well as listening, interpretation and influencing skills. Excellent project management skills, team-building and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to articulate complex subject matter in a straightforward, concise and easily digestible manner for broad audiences. Poise and confidence to professionally interact with all levels of leadership. Strong understanding of environmental factors affecting the firm, the practice and our markets.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,700 to $247,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,500 to $281,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
