  • We are seeking a visionary and results-driven VicePresident of Global Sales to lead our international sales strategy andexecution across the semiconductor services sector. This executive will beresponsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and buildingstrategic customer relationships across North America, Europe and Asia. Theideal candidate brings deep industry knowledge, a strong network within thesemiconductor ecosystem, and a proven track record of scaling service-basedofferings globally.

SalesLeadership : Define and execute global sales strategy aligned with corporateobjectives. Lead and mentor regional sales directors and country managers.

RevenueGrowth : Drive top-line growth through new customer acquisition, upselling,and strategic account management.

MarketExpansion : Identify and penetrate new markets, with a focus on the North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions.

CustomerEngagement : Build and maintain executive-level relationships with keyclients including OEMs, fabless companies, foundries, and Tier 1 suppliers.

StrategicPartnerships : Develop alliances with technology partners, industryconsortia, and channel networks to enhance service offerings.

SalesOperations : Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, CRM optimization, andperformance metrics to ensure predictable and scalable growth.

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration : Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teamsto align go-to-market strategies and customer solutions.

ThoughtLeadership : Represent the company at industry events, conferences, andpanels to elevate brand visibility and thought leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications& Experience

  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadershipexperience in the semiconductor industry , with a focus on services .
  • Proven success in managing global sales teams and delivering multimillion-dollar revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor value chainand customer pain points.
  • Strong network across the world-widesemiconductor ecosystem and familiarity with regional market dynamics.
  • Experience with enterprise sales, long-cyclenegotiations, and complex service contracts.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred;technical background (e.g., Electrical Engineering) is a strong plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to30–40%.
