Atlassian Administrator

A company is looking for an Atlassian Administrator to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of their Jira infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the Jira instance, including user management and workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized Jira projects and dashboards

Develop documentation and provide user support, training, and troubleshooting across the organization

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience administering Jira at the enterprise level

Strong technical proficiency with workflow design and advanced JQL

Deep understanding of Atlassian best practices and optimization techniques

Experience with Agile methodologies and ScriptRunner for Jira

Atlassian certifications preferred (e.g., Atlassian Certified Professional - Jira Administrator)
