Senior Business Development Leader
GE Vernova Power Conversion and Storage is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Leader to lead growth efforts in military base electrification projects, with a primary focus on the U.S. Army and other service branches. This role will be responsible for driving strategic customer engagement, navigating complex federal procurement processes, and delivering tailored electrification and energy resilience solutions that align with the Department of Defense's mission-readiness goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in energy infrastructure focused on electrical systems, deep familiarity with military stakeholders and contracting mechanisms, and a passion for advancing secure, and reliable power systems across U.S. military installations.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $134,400.00 and $224,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility : ineligible.
