About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Global Operations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in operations management within a large-scale global business services or shared services environment. This role is pivotal in optimizing the GBS delivery model, overseeing critical operational functions such as work intake, metrics and reporting, continuous improvement, training, and automation. The VP will be responsible for driving efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation across global shared services, ensuring the organization operates at peak performance and delivers exceptional value to the business. Key responsibilities for the VP of Global Operations include working with the M&A deal team on integration and work migration, leading the metrics team in building key performance indicators and service level agreements, and developing comprehensive dashboards for data-driven decision-making. The role also involves leading a culture of continuous improvement, finding opportunities for process optimization, and driving the implementation of automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 10 years' experience in operations management, and a strong background in driving automation, building performance metrics, and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience in the entertainment or music industry, an MBA, and a Lean or Six Sigma designation are a plus. The VP will be expected to have strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, and a passion for operational excellence.
