We are seeking a Portfolio Operations Analyst to support the implementation of Lean Portfolio & Product Management practices within Information Security. This role is ideal for someone who has supported portfolio operations from the ground up, not just maintained them. The analyst will help define and test how epics, features, and stories connect across layers, bridge gaps in tooling and governance, and lay the foundation for a sustainable Portfolio & Product Operations capability.

Model Building & Pilot Enablement

• Stand up and refine the single-funnel backlog from intake to delivery.
• Define how portfolio epics decompose into features and stories.
• Identify and bridge gaps in flow, tooling, and governance.
• Support and document pilot governance events, discovery labs, and PI planning sessions.

Requirements

NOTE : This is not a reporting or support role. We need a builder, someone who has lived through the stand-up of portfolio operations and can contribute ideas, shape processes, and execute hands-on work. The ideal candidate thrives in pilot environments, is comfortable with ambiguity, and is ready to help shape a repeatable and scalable portfolio operations model.
