A company is looking for an HTM Procurement Specialist in Clinical Engineering. Key Responsibilities Manage customer service requests and inquiries through the CMMS work order system, including vendor management and scheduling Process HTM purchase requisitions into purchase orders and ensure compliance with supplier policies Enter invoices into the AP system, reconcile discrepancies, and compile reports as needed Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED Five or more years of experience in a healthcare office environment Proficiency in using CMMS work order systems and invoicing applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and customer service skills
