Optomi, in partnership with a leading industry in entertainment, is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Analyst with deep expertise in warehouse and supply chain operations to support a critical transformation project. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders to lead the transition from SAP WM to Blue Yonder WMS, while managing ongoing support for agile initiatives. This role involves requirements gathering, agile story writing, process mapping, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management. The candidate should be comfortable with large-scale enterprise system implementations, agile product development, and driving strategic decisions from concept through execution.

Responsibilities of the Right Candidate :

Support the migration from SAP WM to Blue Yonder WMS

Lead business analysis, Agile story writing, and user acceptance criteria

Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping (using Miro), and backlog grooming

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business users, and vendors

Manage WMS configurations and adjust system settings to meet evolving business needs

Write and validate technical specifications, data mappings, and functional documents

Provide subject matter expertise in warehouse and supply chain systems

Participate in testing, implementation, and post-deployment support

Align product roadmaps with strategic goals and prioritize features accordingly

Maintain vendor relationships and support third-party contract evaluation

Develop business cases and support pre-project planning and feasibility assessments

Qualifications of the Right Candidate :

5–10 years of experience as a Business or Product Analyst in supply chain or warehouse management

Strong experience with Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, and story writing

Hands-on experience with process mapping tools like Miro

Experience with SAP WM and / or Blue Yonder WMS strongly preferred

Demonstrated success with large system implementations and stakeholder communication

Deep understanding of DevOps and Agile practices (CI / CD, TDD)

Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and strategic planning skills

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
