What you will be doing as the Construction Superintendent :

Oversee all daily on-site operations of a construction project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety regulations.

Managing crews and subcontractors, scheduling work, coordinating material delivery, and maintaining daily progress reports and site safety.

Liaison between the project manager and the field crew, and their role requires strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of construction processes.

Project oversight, team and subcontractor management, logistics management, safety compliance, and quality control.

Establish a timeline for completion.

What you will need as the Construction Superintendent :

2+ years' of experience in commercial construction

Strong project management, leadership, and communications skills

Proficient in project scheduling

Proficient understanding of construction trades. From site work and superstructure to finishes.

Able to identify and address quality control on the project site

Comfortable holding job site meetings with trades to discuss procurement of materials, project schedule, and quality control issues.

Ability to read construction documents

Familiarity with regulatory construction standards

Excellent communication skills with both downline and upline management

Work well in a team environment with hands on jobsite experience

Oversee entire daily operation of construction projects at construction site

Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed

Communicate project milestones and progress with clients and project managers

Manage subcontractors and construction site organization

Establish a timeline for completion.
