Position :

As the Nurse Educator / ADON, you will be responsible for assisting with management of overall quality clinical outcomes and education for the facility. This is achieved by working collaboratively with the Director of Nursing (DON), interdisciplinary teams, and assisting with supervisory and leadership tasks. Priority one will always be quality resident care and employee relations. The role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, clinical knowledge, and leadership skills. The ideal candidate for the ADON position will have previous experience in a nursing leadership role, a strong ability to work and collaborate with a team, and an in-depth knowledge of managing and training nursing staff through implementation of quality improvement programs
