The Practice Operations & Staff Training Lead ensures the operational readiness of newly integrated practices by standardizing workflows, optimizing patient flow, and training staff across all front- and back-office functions.
This role provides hands-on support to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and systems during go-live and post-integration phases.
Key Responsibilities :
Assess and document existing operational workflows at each site.
Standardize processes across patient intake, scheduling, billing, and support services.
Deliver hands-on training sessions, mock clinics, and ongoing coaching to practice teams.
Provide elbow-to-elbow onsite support during go-live and immediate post-launch.
Monitor staff adoption rates, identify barriers, and deliver structured feedback to leadership.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and RCM leads to ensure cohesive operational implementation.
Support performance measurement and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualification & Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required. 7+ years of healthcare operations experience, including multi-site management or practice administration.
Proven success leading training and operational standardization in medical settings.
Proficiency with major EHR systems and practice management software.
Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to travel to practice sites and support go-live activities in person.
Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to evolving priorities.
