We are seeking a Part-Time IT Support Technician to assist with our internal IT operations. This is an excellent opportunity for current students or individuals with some IT experience, who are eager to develop their skills, grow professionally, and gain exposure to cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will be user and customer-focused, require minimal direction (by taking good notes and documentation), proactive, reliable, good communicator (verbal, written, etc.) and a strong team player. Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for internal staff, ensuring smooth operations.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations and other IT equipment.
• Manage user onboarding and account setup.
• Assist with internal infrastructure maintenance and backup management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support the deployment and management of platforms such as Google Workspace,

Microsoft 365, and AWS.
