Job description

Do you love keeping things organized, juggling a few different tasks, and being the go-to person who keeps the office running like clockwork?

If you're sharp with numbers, fully comfortable handling bookkeeping in a manufacturing setting, lean into technology, and enjoy a little variety in your day, this role could be your perfect fit!

You'll manage invoices, deposits and journal entries all while helping keep the office running smoothly-and occasionally bringing in lunch when we celebrate the team.

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounts payable and receivable and post deposits
  • Prepare ACH batches, journal entries, and serve as a backup to payroll
  • Research and reconcile any discrepancies, working cross functionally
  • Maintain accurate vendor and customer files, including W-9s
  • Keep AR aging current and follow up on past-due accounts
  • Ensure accuracy in all data entry
  • Assist with administrative tasks-mail, office organization, etc

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong understanding of AP, AR, and general ledger processes
  • Solid Excel skills and comfortable learning new systems
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently with attention to detail
