HR Business Partner
The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic and operational partner to plant leadership, supporting all aspects of human resources in a unionized folding carton manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for employee relations, labor relations, talent management, workforce planning, and compliance. The HRBP plays a key role in fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring alignment with collective bargaining agreements, and driving continuous improvement across the plant.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary HR contact for union-related matters.
Build strong relationships with employees and leaders to promote a positive work environment.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and support recruitment efforts.
Guide leaders through performance management processes, including coaching and corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as company policies.
Promote company values and drive cultural alignment across the plant.
