About the Role :

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tumbling Coach to join our team at Sandhills Gymnastics in Pinehurst, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to work with talented athletes and help them achieve their full potential in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement training programs for tumbling classes
• Provide instruction and guidance to athletes of all skill levels
• Ensure the safety of all participants during training and competitions
• Assist with skill development
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff

Requirements :

• Previous coaching experience in tumbling
• Strong knowledge of proper technique and skill progression
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed
