Join a night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and incredible growth opportunities within one facility. As part of our Internal Float Pool, you will rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units. Each shift promises new experiences and the chance to enhance your clinical skills.

Join our Internal Float Pool and make a difference every day. You will be responsible for providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care and delivering safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards.

Utilizing the nursing process, anticipate patient needs, implement individualized interventions, and evaluate care plans effectively. You'll be an integral part of a collaborative care team dedicated to enhancing patient outcomes.

Licenses & Certifications :

Registered Nurse license issued by the state where you practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Degrees :

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Required Functional Experience :

Typically requires at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
