About the Role
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) provides high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating unit operations. In collaboration with management, the CNC evaluates nursing care based on established policies and serves as a vital resource for staff to ensure an unparalleled patient experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to tailor and deliver top-notch, patient-centered care.Facilitate admission and discharge processes for patients.Engage with subject matter experts and leadership to enhance service and improve outcomes.Deliver coaching, feedback, and training to promote staff performance and engagement.Assist in staff scheduling and workload management.Qualifications :
