Northrop Grumman Aeronautic Systems is seeking either a Maintenance Janitor Level 1 or a Maintenance Janitor Level 2 to join our team of qualified, highly talented and diverse individuals for 1st shift Monday Friday Shift : 6 : 00 am 3 : 00 pm. This position will be Clearfield-Layton, Utah.

Job Duties :

• Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Performs a combination of dusting furniture, walls, fixtures, or equipment; sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, waxing, or buffing floors; removing refuse; polishing furniture, fixtures, or trimmings; providing janitorial supplies; and cleaning lavatories, showers, or rest rooms.
• Cleaning Epoxy, linoleum, tile and other floor surfaces
• Shampooing rugs and carpets
• Emptying trash cans
• Changing air filters and cleaning vents
• Dusting disinfecting all surfaces.
• Waxing floors
• Ordering new cleaning supplies as needed
• Washing windows
• Maintaining a thorough inventory
• Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners
• Collecting and taking out trash and recycling

This role may be filled at a Level 1 or Level 2 based on the qualifications below.

Primary Level Salary Range : $31,200.00 - $46,600.00 Secondary Level Salary Range : $33,300.00 - $55,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
