Beyond designing, developing, and delivering flagship global programs, you will help drive innovation, creating and piloting new initiatives that regional teams can adopt and tailor to their needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Initiate, scope, and deliver a portfolio of People Experience (PE) projects and programmes (wellbeing, engagement, future of work) from conception through execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Project manage the People Experience strategic action plan, providing oversight and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Support strategic communications and engagement plans for key PE initiatives, tailoring messaging to different audiences.
Embed flagship learning and development programs on culture, driving growth of the community of Culture Champions.
Support global colleague group initiatives, building capabilities and providing community management where appropriate.
Operationalize and improve back-end systems and processes underpinning the People Experience function.
Lead the redesign and management of internal communication pages for PE programs, initiatives, and opportunities.
Embed the People Experience philosophy into firm-wide people processes, including performance management and feedback.
Own and update PE inputs for requests for proposals (RFPs) and provide commercial advice to support client work.
Create and implement toolkits, presentations, and surveys to enhance colleague engagement and drive participation in PE programs.
Develop and track KPIs for PE initiatives, ensuring monitoring, measurement, and continuous improvement.
Partner proactively with regional teams, providing actionable advice and translating people experience, leadership, and culture concepts into recommendations.
Carry out other tasks as directed by the Line Manager to ensure effective delivery of the People Experience function.

Experience Required :
Minimum of five years’ experience in a corporate (ideally professional services) environment.
Advanced project and program management experience, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Experience scoping and launching projects, tracking, measuring, and delivering on KPIs.
Technical Experience :
High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite : Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Excel : Building / managing spreadsheets, data analysis, charts / dashboards.
Word : Drafting high-quality reports and communications with advanced formatting.
PowerPoint : Developing clear, visually engaging presentations for senior leadership and broad audiences.
Outlook : Efficient diary management, meeting scheduling, polished communications.
Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize work and drive efficiencies.
