About The Position

Compensation Package

Base salary of $460,000 + production

$100,000 sign-on bonus

Comprehensive benefits : medical, dental, vision

Facility Details

Team includes :

2 Otolaryngology Physicians

1 Allergy / Immunology Physician

1 APP

1 Audiologist

Call 1 : 3 (beeper call)

Mostly outpatient; 1–2 OR days per week

Clinic equipped with onsite CT scanner

Clinic hours : Mon–Thurs 8a–5p; Fridays until noon

Independent model with hospital-employed or private practice options

Responsibilities

Care for patients of all ages

Higher volume of pediatric surgical cases ( ages 2+; healthy peds )

Qualifications & Skills

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Otolaryngology

Strong clinical skills and dedication to high-quality patient care
