About the Role :

A well-established Philadelphia law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated litigator to handle general liability cases and work alongside a skilled and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, case management, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities :

Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation, including general liability, premises liability, and product liability cases.

Conduct depositions, draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.

Represent clients in court appearances, arbitrations, and mediations.

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance representatives.

Manage a full caseload independently from inception through trial or resolution.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Admission to practice law in the State of New York (additional states a plus).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.

Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Compensation :
