Our physical therapy center in Upland, CA is looking for a licensed manual focused Physical Therapist that is a motivated - self starter, looking for mentorship and continued learning. We have an excellent, energetic staff onsite that offers a great teamwork environment.
Patient population varies all ages, ortho, vestibular, concussion, sports medicine, pelvic health, industrial injured workers, weekend warriors and senior population as well
- Salary Range : $87,000.00 - $100,000.00 / year

Responsibilities
Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state / local / federal regulationsEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patientsMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payorsAttend / participate in center meetings as directed by the center managerQualifications
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited schoolCurrent State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practiceCPR certification
