Software Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and mentor up to two agile teams, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence

Oversee adherence to agile methodologies and ensure efficient project execution

Provide technical oversight on system architecture and contribute to coding and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience managing software engineering teams in an agile environment

5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience across the full development lifecycle

Experience in a startup or high-growth company with rapid iteration

Proficiency in Dart, Typescript, and SQL; familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases

Experience with Flutter ecosystem and cloud platforms, preferably GCP
