Pediatrics Physician

Position Overview : HealthPlus Staffing is partnering with a respected Pediatrics clinic in Chatham, NJ, to find a dedicated and experienced Lead Medical Assistant. This role is ideal for a compassionate and skilled Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with a background in Pediatrics, especially in a leadership capacity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate a team of 4 Medical Assistants, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
• Assist 5 Pediatricians in delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population, including a significant number of patients on the spectrum.
• Perform clinical duties, including patient intake, vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with the clinic's administrative and clinical staff to enhance patient experience and care delivery.
• Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, with the ability to work Monday through Friday and rotating Saturdays.
