We are looking for an HVAC Technician to join our team! Florida Cool LLC is seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in servicing, repairing, and maintaining residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This role is customer-facing and requires a commitment to providing top-tier service with integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities :

  • Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on residential and commercial systems.
  • Inspect HVAC systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
  • Ensure compliance with all local HVAC codes and regulations.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients about issues, solutions, and maintenance best practices.
  • Accurately document work performed, parts used, and services rendered using company software or forms.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including company vehicle and tools.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide support on complex or large projects as needed.
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

  • 5 years experience as an HVAC technician
  • EPA certification required
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient with Service Titan CRM
  • Valid FL driver's license
