As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated attorney to join our team in Savannah.

Position

We are seeking a motivated attorney to manage real estate closings and provide legal support to our real estate and estate planning clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions, estate planning experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to outstanding client service.

Key

Manage all aspects of real estate closings, including reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, preparing closing documents and funding.

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the transaction process.

Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.

Assist in resolving any issues that arise during the closing process.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Licensed to practice law in Georgia

Strong client service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Competitive salary based on experience and benefits package including a health insurance contribution, 401k with up to a 4% match (vested after 1 year), and 15 PTO days. Additional insurance policies are available through our group plan.
