IT Business Partner

Role Overview

IT Business Partner is responsible for aligning business needs with IT solutions across Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, and Quality functions. This role partners with business teams, support functions, and vendors to deliver technology solutions from planning and implementation to Go-Live and ongoing support. The IT Business Partner manages systems implementation, validation, and administration activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Application & Systems Management

Build technical understanding of MES, Serialization, and Quality Systems applications to propose system improvements and process transformations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, QC, QA, Engineering, Finance, and HR.

Identify opportunities to scale IT applications across regions with similar processes.

Track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.

Drive data standardization and ensure IT solutions meet evolving compliance standards.

Salary : $95,000 - $110,000
