Lead Onboarding Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and solution-driven Lead Onboarding Analyst to join our team. This role will primarily be responsible for onboarding new Trust accounts and supporting a team during the first months of a new relationship. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and integrity.

Responsibilities :

  • Implementing a consistent communication and follow up plan with Advisor Teams and end clients, when necessary, throughout the onboarding process,
  • Preparing, distributing, and tracking all forms and related documentation associated with new accounts,
  • Performing AML screening activities in connection with new client onboarding,
  • Opening new client accounts on the PTC trust accounting system,
  • Opening new client accounts on the LPL brokerage system,
  • Performing reconciliations of trust assets upon funding,
  • Tracking of onboarding processes, communications, and completion of all associated workflows,
  • Coordinating establishment of online client access for new and existing relationships,
  • Working closely with prior custodian's and trustees to facilitate transfer of information, documentation, and assets,
  • Monitoring accounts from acceptance through funding, escalating issues as necessary
  • Mentoring Onboarding Analysts
  • Interacting with clients and client service providers,
  • Handling client requests,
  • Preparing management reports and spreadsheets,
  • Ad hoc projects

Requirements :

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in an onboarding role in the trust, legal, brokerage, investment, or accounting fields
  • Core Competencies :

  • Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Detail oriented, self-starter with excellent customer service, communication, and follow up skills
  • Preferences :

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Pay Range :

    $22.61-$37.68 / hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
