Location : Bethpage, NY 11714 – Long Island nursing jobs with access to NYC attractions, parks, and dining

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Shift : Night shifts, 4x12-hour (7 : 00pm – 7 : 30am)

Hours per Week : 48 hours

Employment Type : Travel nursing contract

Start Date : December 15, 2025

Weekend Coverage : Minimum 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule

Estimated Weekly Salary Range : $2130-$2190

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State (required for New York healthcare jobs)

Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department (ER) nursing experience

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required

TNCC certification preferred

Proficient in triage, adult, and pediatric emergency care

COVID-19 vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

Two supervisory clinical references (Charge RN references accepted)

Previous travel nursing experience preferred but not required

ER RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and pediatric patients in the Emergency Department

Conduct triage and prioritize patient care based on acuity

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes

Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Respond to medical emergencies and deliver life-saving interventions

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical procedures
