Job description80 / 20 split between procedures and clinic, with efficient swing-room scheduling Typical caseload 10-12 cases per half day, finishing by 4 : 30 PM 12 Weeks of call shared with outpatient providers, covering inpatient consults and ER All GI operations centralized within a single facility; clinic, procedures, and recovery Guaranteed base salary starting at $700K with potential income $800K-$1million $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Full benefits including malpractice, CME, retirement, and visa sponsorship available Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology Fellowship-trained welcome but not required Procedural volume comfort essential; advanced endoscopy handled separately Urbana offers affordable Midwest living with university-town amenities Excellent schools, safe neighborhoods, and short commutes Regional airports in both cities with quick access to major hubs Balanced lifestyle in a physician-friendly community with strong referral patterns Avoid the hassle of permanent relocation by taking on temporary assignments in various locations, experiencing different communities without long-term commitment.
