Our South Floridas iconic hotel is looking for a Bell Captain to join its team! A Bell Captain is responsible for supervising Bellpersons transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests.

The ideal candidate has bell captain or similar hospitality supervisor experience in an upscale hotel setting. Seeking someone who has full open availability and thrives in a fast paced environment. Prior full-service luxury hotel experience of a similar size highly preferred.

What will I be doing

As a Bell Captain you would be responsible for supervising Bellpersons transferring and storing guest luggage and responding to guest requests in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
