Government Property Management Specialist II
BAE Systems is hiring a Government Property Management Specialist II, who will work in a full-time on-site capacity at our 130 DW Hwy facility in Merrimack, NH. To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must be local to the greater Merrimack, NH area, and able to commute into the office daily.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and / or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills :
Secret Clearance is required, due to the classified nature of programs and product lines at the Manchester, NH facilities. This requires the selected individual to be a US Citizen.
High School Diploma or equivalent plus additional 4 years relevant experience, or relevant Associate's degree plus additional 3 years' experience, or relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 1 year of experience.
Ideally, this individual would have at least some experience with Government Property Management in the defense industry. In lieu of specific Government property experience, exp. with either Contracts, or Program Management would be of interest.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills :
National Property Management Association (NPMA) membership and certification as a Certified Professional Property Specialist (CPPS) is preferred.
Pay Information : Full-Time Salary Range : $66084 - $112343 Please note : This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to : business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
