Provide high-quality nursing care in a stepdown unit.

Monitor and assess patient conditions.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Educate patients and families on health management and recovery.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Demonstrate critical thinking in patient assessment and intervention.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
