Shimmick is seeking a highly talented Senior Pursuit Manager to be based out of Irvine or Suisun City, CA, or a remote location within the United States.

Shimmick takes on challenging projects and performs high-quality work ranging from expanding / constructing water and wastewater treatment plants to construction of the new Gerald Desmond Bridge.

Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

Strategic Capture and Win Planning

• Lead strategic planning for key pursuits in target sectors, including client analysis, competitive positioning, and teaming recommendations.
• Develop and document capture plans, pursuit calendars, and SWOT analyses.
• Facilitate go / no-go discussions and strategy sessions with executive sponsors and BD teams.
• Ensure all messaging reflects the client's values, pain points, and success criteria.

Proposal Leadership and Content Development

Client and Internal Facilitation

Contract and Procurement Intelligence

Collaboration and Mentorship

The salary range for this position is between $195,000.00 - $235,000.00 per year depending on experience and / or education.
