Dry Van Truck Driver in Ridgefield, WA

Are you a new CDL graduate looking for truck driver training? Drive with J.B. Hunt's Apprenticeship Program and receive on-the-job training and experience with an industry leader.

Drivers in this program work with an experienced J.B. Hunt driver trainer for six weeks before transitioning to a full-time driving position upon successful completion.

Drivers will be paid $200 per day during the training period.

Following training, drivers will transition to an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and strong work ethic.

Cent per mile rate : $0.71 - $0.73

Detention pay : $15 per hour

Shuttle work : $40-$75 per trailer

Breakdown : $15 per hour

Standby pay : $100-$200 per day

Safety training : $20 per hour

New hire training period : $20 per hour until 40 hours worked.

$30 per hour for overtime

Holiday pay per day : $200

Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $77,532
